Picture North Announces Dunja Jovicic as Head of Creative Partnerships

Jul. 14, 2026

Picture North welcomes Dunja Jovicic as Head of Creative Partnerships. Dunja’s new role with Picture North arrives after a ten-year run as an independent talent representative—her work with the acclaimed production and post-production company continues her legacy of matchmaking and connecting creative minds to make stories that move people.

In this newly created role, Dunja will lead sales and brand-direct efforts, working directly with Picture North’s roster to connect brands with the company’s production, post, and creative development capabilities. Viewing sales as more than a transaction, Dunja prefers to connect advertisers to talent through relationships and a collaboration-first mindset. As a leader, she remains adaptable yet straightforward in her communication, while approaching scenarios with an abundance mindset and paying close attention to what happens throughout the creative process to ensure a positive outcome.

Dunja Jovicic remarked:

“The changes in the industry can be worrisome. But operating from a place of fear is such a hindrance to growth. Relationships are the bedrock of this industry, and the way I’ve seen Picture North take care of their people and relationships made it a very easy call. I am continually impressed by Martin [Rodahl] and the whole team in how they all operate—it’s great when talented folks are also good people, inspiring, pleasant to be around, to work with.”

Previously in Dunja’s career, she worked with both live-action and post-production talent across various stages of their careers to handle jobs of all sizes. Now, with Picture North, Dunja is coming in-house to apply those skills in a specialized, targeted way.

Picture North Executive Producer and Founder, Martin Rodahl, says of Dunja Jovicic:

"After nearly 20 years in the industry, our repeat business and client relationships have become more important than ever. We're bringing in Dunja to provide even more expertise and consistency in maintaining and expanding the business we do directly with brands. Dunja's experience representing top-tier artists across the production and post landscape makes her uniquely capable of matching brand strategies with project solutions. She couldn't have joined our company at a better time, both culturally and in terms of amplifying our mission to strengthen existing ties and target new opportunities with brands."
