EVOQ Group Launches Brightshift Commerce with Red View Ventures Acquisition
May. 19, 2026
The EVOQ Group, a strategic collective of independently owned, best-in-class marketing agencies, today announced its acquisition of Red View Ventures, an Amazon specialty agency known for its work driving growth for e-commerce brands on the world’s largest marketplace. As part of the transaction, Red View Ventures will be merged with SaleSurf Growth—EVOQ’s existing Amazon agency—and the combined operation will be rebranded as Brightshift Commerce. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The merger brings together two highly regarded Amazon specialty teams with complementary client rosters, deepening EVOQ’s position in Amazon and retail marketplace strategy. Brightshift Commerce will offer the full spectrum of Amazon services—from listing optimization and advertising to brand protection, creative, and full-funnel marketplace growth—under one unified team.
As part of the transition, David Holmes, the previous owner of Red View Ventures, will assume the role of chief growth officer of Brightshift Commerce. Nenad Filipovic, current chief operating officer (COO) at SaleSurf, will serve as COO of Brightshift, leading day-to-day operations across the merged agency. Both leaders will report into EVOQ’s leadership and work closely with the broader collective.
Scott Brandon, CEO of The EVOQ Group said:
“Both Red View Ventures and SaleSurf Growth are exceptional Amazon agencies with strong teams and great clients, and bringing them together simply makes us stronger. Combining them under Brightshift Commerce makes us more attractive to potential clients and, more importantly, allows us to serve our existing clients even better. The synergy we’ve already seen between our Amazon specialty agencies and the rest of EVOQ has been remarkable, with many clients taking advantage of multiple agencies within the group. This merger doubles down on what’s working.”
The combined agency will continue serving all current Red View Ventures and SaleSurf Growth clients without interruption. Customers will see a unified Brightshift Commerce brand, a single point of contact, and an expanded bench of Amazon expertise while retaining the boutique-level service that has defined both legacy agencies. Brightshift Commerce joins EVOQ’s collective of independently operated agencies—which spans brand strategy, public relations, performance media, social media, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, content marketing, web development, e-commerce, and full-service creative. The collective model gives Brightshift Commerce clients access to elite cross-disciplinary talent across EVOQ when they need it without the overhead of a traditional holding company.
