EVOQ Group Promotes Kirby Altman to Marketing Director

Apr. 27, 2026

EVOQ Group, a strategic collective of independently owned, best-in-class marketing agencies, today announced the promotion of Kirby Altman to Marketing Director, a senior executive role responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across all agencies within the collective. Altman reports directly to CEO Scott Brandon.

In her new capacity, Altman will oversee the internal marketing team and drive integrated campaigns focused on brand growth, qualified lead generation, and new client acquisition. She will work in close collaboration with agency leadership to shape how EVOQ Group's brands show up in the market — with consistency, ambition, and creative excellence across every platform and every agency in the portfolio.

Altman's ascent to this role is the culmination of more than a decade of growth within the agency. She joined EVOQ as an intern in 2014 and built her career from the ground up, developing deep expertise across creative, marketing, print, and new business development. That breadth of experience, combined with a strategic, storytelling-driven approach to brand positioning and thought leadership, has established her as a trusted and effective leader.

Her impact was on full display in 2025, when Altman co-led the successful rebranding and relaunch of Brandon, Unruled, and EVOQ, while simultaneously partnering with agency teams on significant new business wins across the collective.

Scott Brandon, CEO of EVOQ Group said:

"What Kirby accomplished for us in 2025 was no small feat. She brings a level of creative rigor and strategic instincts that's rare, and I'm excited to have her in this role as we continue to grow the collective."

For Altman, the promotion represents both a professional milestone and a deeply personal one.

Altman said:

"My goal is to make sure the story we tell about EVOQ Group is as strong as the work we do for our clients. I've grown up professionally inside these agencies. I know the incredible people, what makes each agency tick, and the ambition that powers all of it. We have something so different here, and I can't wait to get to work."
