Dirt & Glory Media Rebrands Evondos and Launches "Give Time Back" Global Brand Platform
Sep. 11, 2026
Independent creative communications agency Dirt & Glory Media has rebranded healthcare technology leader Evondos and created a new global brand platform, "Give Time Back".
The work represents a significant evolution of the Evondos brand, repositioning the business around the human impact of its technology and moving the conversation beyond automated medication dispensing to focus on what that technology ultimately makes possible: more time for care, greater independence for people living at home, and increased capacity for healthcare systems under growing pressure.
Founded in 2008, Evondos has become a leader in automated medication dispensing, with more than 40,000 devices deployed across eight markets and more than 120 million doses dispensed. Its technology has returned an estimated 7.5 million working days to nurses, carers and the people who need them most.
It is that impact that sits at the heart of the new ‘Give Time Back’ brand platform.
Rather than positioning technology as an end in itself, the platform focuses on what happens when routine medication management no longer consumes valuable care time. For healthcare organisations, it means greater capacity. For nurses and carers, it means more time for meaningful care. And for the people using Evondos technology at home, it means greater freedom to live safely and independently.
Nigel Brown, Founder of Dirt & Glory Media, said:
“The most powerful thing about Evondos isn't the technology itself - it's what the technology gives back. Time is arguably the most precious resource in healthcare, and Evondos has already returned millions of working days to carers and healthcare systems.‘Give Time Back’ takes that extraordinary proof and turns it into a simple, emotional idea that everyone can understand. It gives Evondos a platform that can stretch from an individual taking their medication independently at home all the way to the biggest challenges facing healthcare systems.”
The new positioning builds on Evondos' founding purpose. The company was created after founder Mika Apell saw home-care visits to his grandmother dominated by the task of organising medication rather than meaningful human interaction. Nearly two decades later, the same challenge has become increasingly urgent as ageing populations, chronic disease and healthcare workforce shortages put unprecedented pressure on care systems.
Dirt & Glory's rebrand brings Evondos' expanding technology, services and ambitions together under a clearer, more unified proposition. Alongside its portfolio of automated medication dispensers, the Evondos platform combines connected software, remote care and expert support, helping healthcare providers deliver safe, scalable care while reducing unnecessary routine interventions.
Rory Heaslip, Head of Global Marketing at Evondos, said:
“Evondos has always been about more than dispensing medication. At its heart, this business exists to create time: time for healthcare professionals to care, time for healthcare systems to serve more people, and time for people to live their lives with greater independence. Dirt & Glory helped us distill that into ‘Give Time Back’ - a platform that is true to where Evondos came from, but ambitious enough to express where we're going next.”
The new brand platform also reflects Evondos' evolution from a medication dispensing specialist towards a broader connected home healthcare ecosystem. Evondos Care connects products, workflows and data, while technologies including remote video care and vital-sign monitoring are designed to reduce unnecessary visits and increase capacity.
Across the new identity and communications system, ‘Give Time Back’ provides a consistent organising idea: time returned to healthcare systems, time returned to people, and time returned to care.
For Dirt & Glory Media, the challenge was to create a brand capable of communicating Evondos' clinical and technological credibility without losing sight of the fundamentally human reason the company exists.
Brown added: “Healthcare technology can very quickly become a conversation about devices, features and efficiencies. We wanted to turn that around. Every efficiency ultimately has a human consequence. A nurse gets part of their shift back. A family worries less. Someone gets to remain independent in their own home. That's where the real value of Evondos lives, and that's the story the new brand is designed to tell.”
The new Evondos brand and ‘Give Time Back’ platform will roll out across the company's corporate communications, digital channels, sales and marketing materials and international markets.
