Yes&, a leading independent, fully-integrated creative agency, today announced that Kimberly Hallman has joined as Senior Vice President, Workstream Lead, where she will lead its education and nonprofit practice. In the role, she will guide work for universities, research centers, foundations, and cause-based organizations, supporting the agency’s next phase of growth among mission-driven institutions.

Hallman brings two decades of experience in communications and marketing to Yes&. A journalist turned publicist and institutional brand specialist, she began her career writing for The Post-Standard in upstate New York and worked as an editorial assistant for the National Campaign for the Arts in London before entering the agency world 20 years ago. Her early agency work included representing Tiffany & Co. and promoting tourism and hospitality leaders such as Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.

Zihla Salinas, Yes& CEO said:

“We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly to Yes& to lead our practice in education and nonprofit. Her wealth of experience paired with her incredible leadership and strategic capabilities make her the perfect person to take our client’s mission-driven goals to the next level.”

Since 2014, Hallman has concentrated on purpose-driven marketing and communications, with particular emphasis on higher education. She joins Yes& after a 12-year run at global marketing agency 160over90, where she most recently served as SVP, Institutional Marketing, partnering with many of the nation's top colleges and universities.

Hallman said:

"I've spent the better part of my 20-year career in purpose-driven marketing and communications, with much of that time directed at brands with an educational mission. That's been intentional. I care about doing good work, and doing good, period. So I'm thrilled to join a place that prioritizes that same kind of work and brings real positivity, thoughtfulness, and possibility to it. It's exactly what this category needs right now."

Hallman holds a BA in English from Bucknell University and a master's degree in Print Journalism from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
