Jul. 26, 2024
TUX Creative House has won Silver in the Ad Age Small Agency Awards Best Agency Culture category 2024.
Ad Age wanted to recognize small, independent agencies creating outstanding and effective work for clients while fostering a diverse and rewarding workplace. They looked for agencies that demonstrated ingenuity, agility, and versatility and were ready to compete with the big firms and win. Competing against agencies from around the world, TUX secured its spot as a leader in changing industry culture norms.
Dominic Tremblay, Co-Founder and CEO of TUX Creative House said:
“It's an honour for us to be recognized by the most respected experts in the industry for something we've worked so hard to accomplish. We truly believe that work-life balance is essential for fostering creativity and success, both in the office and at home. And everyone reaps the benefits, including our incredible team, our clients, and our industry.”
At TUX, we’re able to draw in exceptional talent through our inclusive, innovative, and empowering culture that not only benefits the team, but also our clients, our local community, and the wider industry. From being one of the first agencies to adopt a 4-day work week 2 years ago, to our LGBTQ+ certification, B Corp certification, and deep involvement in community initiatives through Karma Foundation, we understand the impact of our work and the responsibilities that come with it.

TUX is more than a full-service marketing agency. We're also a catalyst for positive change, both within our own walls and far beyond. Our mission-driven approach, employee-centric perks, and dedication to community engagement define who we are and what we stand for. And as we continue to grow and evolve, we remain steadfast in our commitment to elevating creativity, empowering lives, and making a meaningful difference in the world.
