David Burgman, CEO, said:
"Molly's appointment to the Board is a natural progression that reflects her contribution to Raptor's growth and our commitment to developing talent from within. With a renewed focus on its value proposition, Raptor is entering Q3 on an accelerated upward trajectory, supported by significant investment in a high-performing new business team with a 78% pitch win rate, led by Chief Revenue Officer, Amy Weisberg. Weisberg joined the agency last year after almost 10 years at Manchester United Football Club as Global Partnerships Sales Director.
During this period of growth for the agency, Raptor has also expanded its Creative and Strategy departments with the appointments of former Elevate Product Director, Leah Lusted as Head of Product and ex-W Communications Creative Director John Wilkinson as Creative Director.
