She previously held positions at Sense Marketing and Cube Communications.
As part of the Board of Directors, Chappin will bring a deep understanding of business challenges from someone closely involved in the day-to-day execution of client campaigns. As lead on resourcing within the client services team, she is also looking forward to shaping agency culture & talent development.
Completing the board are CEO and Co-founder David Burgman, Co-founder Jonathan Edwards, Finance Director Scott Smith and Financial Controller Lee Nicholas.
David Burgman, CEO, said:
"Molly's appointment to the Board is a natural progression that reflects her contribution to Raptor's growth and our commitment to developing talent from within. As we celebrate our 10 year anniversary and head into a festive season of well deserved recognition, having Molly's deep client expertise and understanding of our culture at the decision-making table will be invaluable."
With a renewed focus on its value proposition, Raptor is entering Q3 on an accelerated upward trajectory, supported by significant investment in a high-performing new business team with a 78% pitch win rate, led by Chief Revenue Officer, Amy Weisberg. Weisberg joined the agency last year after almost 10 years at Manchester United Football Club as Global Partnerships Sales Director.
During this period of growth for the agency, Raptor has also expanded its Creative and Strategy departments with the appointments of former Elevate Product Director, Leah Lusted as Head of Product and ex-W Communications Creative Director John Wilkinson as Creative Director.
