Morgan & Morgan Releases new Advertising Spots With NASCAR Driver Kyle Busch of Richard Childress Racing
Apr. 29, 2026
Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, has released a new spot "Pit Crew" featuring NASCAR driver Kyle Busch, a member of the Richard Childress Racing (RCR) team, as part of a multi-year, multi-race partnership between the firm and the team.
Morgan & Morgan first partnered with RCR in 2023 to become the first race team trial injury law firm sponsorship within the NASCAR Cup Series. The partnership has grown based on shared interests in giving back to the community and an innovative approach to business.
The new advertisement is part of Morgan & Morgan’s “Power Move” campaign, which leans into unapologetic confidence to make the point that when the stakes are high, you don’t gamble, and you choose America’s largest injury law firm. The ad features the Morgan family sitting down to brunch with Kyle Busch’s family. Once the meal is finished and dessert is offered, Kyle’s pit crew enters the room and moves with the precision of a five-star wait staff to remove and replace all the place settings, mirroring the speed required to service NASCAR vehicles during a pit stop. The ad makes the point that hiring Morgan & Morgan is a power move when faced with the decision of hiring a personal injury law firm.
Morgan & Morgan Managing Partner Dan Morgan said:
"We don’t shy away from humor in our advertising, and Kyle understood the assignment when we approached him with the concept for these ads. Our goal was to highlight the partnership we’ve built while creating something entertaining for fans. We’re excited to unveil these advertisements and see the reaction, as we know Kyle and Richard Childress Racing have some of the most passionate fans in NASCAR."
Two-time NASCAR Champion Kyle Busch said:
"Morgan & Morgan has been a great partner the past three seasons, and it was fun to kick off our fourth year with this commercial shoot - it was truly a family affair. You won’t see just myself in the spot, but also my family, with my wife Samantha and son Brexton, in the great company of the full Morgan family. I know the fans will have just as much fun watching the spot, as I did filming it, and I’m excited to get back on track with the No. 8 Morgan & Morgan Chevrolet in Richmond this August."
Carlos Wigle, Chief Creative Officer at Morgan & Morgan said:
"This was our second year working with Kyle for an ad, and we pushed everything faster, louder, and more fun… bringing the Morgan family into the chaos. Power moves on the track and in the courtroom. And honestly, the drill corkscrew combo captures it all."
