The Gerety Awards continues its global conversation series next week in Milano, with Surfing New Waves an evening dedicated to exploring how creativity, strategy, and production are evolving in a world where the rules are constantly being rewritten and how we can navigate change, together.

From new approaches to storytelling and branded entertainment, to the evolving role of creativity in a technology-driven market, this Gerety Awards event promises challenging insights, shared experiences, and an evening of celebration for the 2025 winners at the HQ of Casta Diva, with the support of ADCI and IAA.

Moderated by Francesco Bozza, Author and Host at Bar Spot, the panel includes:

About the participants:

Francesco Bozza – Author and Host, Bar Spot
Founder of Bar Spot, the pop-educational show dedicated to advertising, Francesco has spent over two decades shaping Italian creativity. Former CCO of FCB Milan and previously at Leo Burnett Italy, he has led creative departments across Milan, Rome, and Turin, collecting over 100 national and international awards. In 2015, he served on the Cannes Lions Film Jury.

Giorgia Crepaldi – ADCI International Ambassador, Chief Growth Officer Casta Diva
A growth leader and connector of ideas, Giorgia drives strategic partnerships and creative innovation at one of the world’s largest production networks. With experience spanning VICE Media, EPIK, and global markets, she blends strategy, storytelling, and purpose to help brands stay relevant in a changing world.

Debora Magnavacca – Board Member & Executive Producer AKITA Films
With over 20 years in production, Debora combines creativity, ethics, and leadership. A founding voice of the Manifesto of Good Communication, she champions inclusive, responsible advertising and mentors the next generation as a lecturer at IED.

Ginevra Capece Galeota – Creative Strategist Spotify
From BBDO and Ogilvy Paris to Facebook Creative Shop and now Spotify, Ginevra has helped shape campaigns for Apple, Heineken, Gucci, and L’Oréal. A multi-award-winning creative strategist, she continues to explore how brands can reinvent themselves through cultural relevance and bold creativity.

Ludovica Federighi – Branded Entertainment Specialist
A pioneer in branded entertainment, Ludovica founded Italy’s first dedicated unit at Magnolia (Banijay Group) and today leads FUSE, Omnicom Media Group’s content marketing agency. Her projects for Samsung and Google have earned Cannes Lions, EFFIE Italy, and ADCI awards, underscoring her belief that creativity can drive cultural and environmental change.
