Global TV Experts (GTE) has today announced its appointment of Maddie Minty as its new international growth manager.
Minty brings a decade of experience in the telecoms sector, having held roles as sales manager and head of community engagement across leading brands including Virgin Media, Netomnia, and Toob.
Her career has centered on growth-focused roles, driving sales strategies to foster short- and long-term expansion in highly competitive market landscapes.
Adam Shorts, COO at Global TV Experts, said:
“Welcoming Maddie into the team has already proven to be a winning decision. With her expertise in sales and engagement, she’s the perfect fit to help GTE continue our global growth strategy. Working in both our established markets such as Canada, the EU and Africa, as well as our newly launched geos such as the US, Maddie will help new clients understand that in a world of digital oversaturation, TV advertising offers an incredible and dependable marketing route.”
Minty said:
"I have always prided myself on working with companies where the team around me is engaged, wants to make a positive difference, and genuinely cares about the customer and the impact we can have. I felt that alignment with the team at GTE straightaway and knew it was where I wanted to take the next step in my career."
In her new role at GTE, Minty will partner with prospective clients and businesses globally to demonstrate how TV advertising can drive growth ambitions. She will focus on helping companies improve brand awareness, reduce acquisition costs, and refine growth strategies across key industries, including iGaming, e-commerce, and travel.
