Droga5 London appoints Ashley Shack to new Director of Talent role

Droga5 London has named Ashley Shack as Director of Talent – a new role at the agency.

Shack, who is American, arrives from Wieden+Kennedy London, where she was the Creative and Design Recruiter. She joins the management team at Droga5 London, reporting to Chief Creative Officer David Kolbusz, Chief Strategy Officer Dylan Williams and CEO Bill Scott.

Shack spent nine years in Account Management roles at Fallon London, BBH New York, Goodby Silverstein and Partners among others, before Wieden+Kennedy appointed her as a creative recruiter.

Shack, Director of Talent at Droga5 London, said:
