Dr. Rose Smith Joins Digital Strategy Agency Alloy as Director of Strategy

Digital strategy agency Alloy has hired Dr. Rose Smith as director of Strategy, President Matt McKenzie announced today.
In her new role, Dr. Smith leads all of Alloy’s strategy efforts. Her department combines technology and behavioral sciences to define and deliver digital experiences that have a profound impact on people’s lives. She engages in every project to champion end-user and customer motivations, biases, and other psychological factors that help people take positive actions.
McKenzie explained:
“Silicon Valley has been leveraging human emotion and cognitive science to change people’s digital interactions and behaviors for years. We recruited Rose to help deliver on Alloy’s promise to provide ethically based persuasive technology solutions and software products for our client partners.”
