DDB Paris Adapts Volkswagen's new After-Sales Campaign

Choosing the right roof bars, the right protective mat or the right cargo box can be a real headache for car owners. Whether to make everyday life easier or to personalize the model they love, everyone is looking for accessories with the best value for money. In this ultra-competitive market, fast-fitters promise low-cost equipment that seems to fit all models. But once installed, they can come with a few surprises.

In this context, Volkswagen, together with the DDB Paris agency, is speaking out to assert its expertise and the quality of its accessories designed specifically for the brand’s models. Through a campaign blending absurdity and humor, the brand demonstrates a simple truth:

Just because it’s adaptable doesn’t mean it’s adapted.

A birthday cake topped with a lavender-scented candle, children’s binoculars perched on the nose of an explorer deep in the jungle, or even a fortune-teller predicting the future with Happy Families cards… DDB Paris amps up the humor to highlight the original accessories from the German manufacturer.

Dorothée Bright-Bou, Head of the After-Sales Marketing Department at Volkswagen Group France said:

Built around three print ads, the campaign will be visible starting in December 2025.
