Confused.com Appoints Elvis as Digital Marketing Creative Agency, to Deliver Channel-First Creative Approach

Dec. 20, 2024

Confused.com, the financial services comparison platform, has appointed elvis as its digital marketing creative agency, following a competitive process.

elvis will now partner with Confused.com to develop a channel-first digital creative strategy to successfully land its brand platform, “Just used Confused.com”, across all digital and social channels and formats, including email, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The new strategy, which will roll out from Q2 2025, will seek to engage with an audience of consumers who are looking for insurance, whether that’s home, travel, life or car.

Geoff Bull, Chief Marketing Officer, Confused.com, said:

"elvis’s focus on creating channel-first campaigns aligns with our strategy which will allow us to build brand equity and amplify the work we’re currently doing as part of our ‘Just Used Confused.com’ platform. Using their expertise and strong insights we’re looking forward to delivering campaigns that are integrated across a number of platforms and showcasing our brand even further.”

Caroline Davison, Managing Director & Sustainability Lead, elvis, added:

“Confused.com is our first client in the financial services sector, so this is a significant win for us. We believe creativity should be fun – both in how we approach the process, and in the ideas that we deliver, and this philosophy aligns perfectly with Confused.com’s ambitions. We’re really looking forward to partnering with them to help further build their brand and drive results across digital channels.”
