ArtClass Content Adds Emma Horgan as UK Head of Sales

Mar. 23, 2026

ArtClass Content is proud to announce that Emma Horgan has joined as UK Head of Sales. Joining the UK EP, Sam Holmes, Horgan will play a vital role in shaping ArtClass UK’s inaugural year in London, fostering a creative culture rooted in mentorship and investing in filmmaking talent.

Hailing from Cork, Ireland, Horgan got her start as a runner at edit house Tenthree, eventually freelancing across departments and naturally gravitating towards production. Prior to joining ArtClass UK, Horgan was a Director’s Rep at MindsEye, where she discovered her path as a sales rep. Working between patience and immediacy, Horgan prides herself on making connections, championing directors, and earning trust based on great taste and steadiness.

Horgan is drawn to artist-led work shaped by voice, taste, and cultural perspective, often collaborating with those defining contemporary identity. Most notably, she’s worked with Belfast rap trio Kneecap, whose work sits within the Irish language revival and a new wave of cultural expression, as well as with Jon Batiste. She gravitates toward projects with a clear point of view and sense of purpose, including a recent campaign for I Choose Freedom supporting women and children fleeing domestic abuse.

In this new role, Horgan intends to build something that the UK market recognizes and trusts, translating ArtClass’s reputation for producing culture-defining films to a new audience. Clear and considered in her efforts, Horgan looks forward to helping ArtClass UK find its unique voice in London and beyond.

Horgan elaborates on her ambitions, saying:

“I feel extremely blessed, which is not a word I even use, to have met [EP] Sam [Holmes]. He has a densely populated creative brain, and you end up seeing things differently just by being close to it. That’s what feeds into the vision for ArtClass UK: an agitator spirit that makes work people actually want to watch, with an edge that still lands commercially. I can’t wait to represent the incredible directors on the ArtClass UK roster and be a part of building out their presence in London.”

ArtClass UK EP Sam Holmes adds:

“To keep up, we must be ten steps ahead. Emma is twenty steps ahead of everyone else and dancing. She is the next wave, and it’s reassuring to feel a senescence begin to settle over the vieux jeu when the future is in such talented hands. I am profoundly lucky and eternally grateful that she has chosen to join us, and that she believes not only in our project, but in art as a valid, powerful, and healing form of expression. Now watch this drive.”
